Matcha porridge

INGREDIENTS
Oats, 1 dl
Chia seeds, 1 tbs
Water, 1 dl
Milk, 1 dl
Matcha powder, 0,5-1 tbs depending on intensity of taste
Salt, a pinch

HOW TO
1. Mix oats, chia seeds and milk + water in a saucepan – add a pinch of salt
2. Heat and stir until porridge has reached a firm consistency
3. Plate in a cute bowl and add toppings – ready to eat!

MY TOPPINGS
Banana, strawberries, goji berries, granola, skimmed milk
