Gluten free american pancakes

INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat, 2 dl
Oats, 0.5 dl
Baking soda, 1 tbs
Milk, 2.5 dl
Egg, 1
Salt, a pinch

HOW TO
1. Mix all ingredients - let soak for some minutes
2. Fry in butter or coconut oil
3. Plate a stack of pancakes and add your preferred toppings

Full fat greek yoghurt, pineapple, walnuts, cranberries, maple syrup
