Chia oatmeal

INGREDIENTS
Oats, 1 dl
Chia seeds, 1 tbs
Water or milk, 2 dl
Salt, a pinch

HOW TO
1. Mix oats, chia seeds and water/milk in a saucepan – add a pinch of salt
2. Heat and stir until porridge has reached a firm consistency
3. Plate in an aesthetic bowl and add toppings – ready to eat!

Banana, persimmon, goji berries, flax seeds, skimmed milk
