Cauliflower pizza

RECIPE (1 PIZZA)

PIZZA CRUST

  • Cauliflower, 200g

  • Parmesan (grated), 1/2 dl

  • Mozarella (grated), 1/2 dl

  • Almond flour (or any other gluten free option), 2 tbs

  • Egg, 1

  • Oregano, 1 tsp

  • Chili flakes, 1/2 tsp

  • Salt, a pinch

PIZZA SAUCE

  • Pureed tomatoes, 350g

  • Garlic, 1 clove

  • Schallot onion, 1

  • Honey, 1 tsp

  • Oregano, 1 tbs

  • Salt & pepper

TOPPINGS
Of your choice! I used salami milano, celery, mozarella, parmesan

HOW TO
1. Make the sauce: fry garlic and onion until soft, add pureed tomatoes and rest of the ingredients - let simmer while you prepare the crust.
2. Make the crust: grate cauliflower and mix it with rest of the ingredients. Spread on a baking sheet, placed on an oven tray.
3. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees celsius, for 7-9 minutes.
4. Add toppings and bake 2-3 minutes more.
5. Enjoy straight away! 🔥
