The practice if yoga postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama) is not only the most effective, but also the most natural therapy for stress.

As stress is an inevitable part of life, we must learn how to live with it. To find that healthy balance between positive stress (the one that motivate you to get sh*t done) and negative stress (the one that give you shallow breathing and can lead to illness) we must learn to treat our body and mind as one.

I believe yoga, breathwork and food are our most powerful (and organic) tools to help us handle a modern life in peace.
